Tabitha Smith A.K.A. Boom Boom is a mutant.
History
Little is known about the life of the woman known as Boom Boom.
At some point she was captured by the Mutant Response Division and sent to prison with other mutants.
She was eventually freed by the former X-Men members Wolverine and Beast. She joined the other jailed mutants in the hall and they all left the facility together.
Leaving the facility, the group saw a hanger full of aircraft with MRD guards out front. Pyro asked her to "light 'em up" so she created some of her fireballs. Pyro manipulated them and destroyed the hanger knocking down the guards.
The group got into a helicopter and fled. When they saw that two VTOL Jets were following, Wolverine realized that Boom Boom's fireballs were not going to stop them.
She asked Dust to take care of them. Dust formed into a cloud and clogged the engines of the jets.
Eventually the Beast and Wolverine dropped off the freed mutants and they went their separate ways.
Boom Boom was later seen working at a coffee shop that Psylocke went to, she gave her coffee and wanted to put salt in it, but Psylocke said no.
